Training outside of the Box

So.. today I just wanted to leave you with the idea of just training outside of the box.  Try this right at home.. use your stair case, a chair, free weights if you have some.  lol.. not everyone has tires.. but just get creative with the things you do have. Add some stretches into the mix .. pushups slow..fast, I like adding in those holds like I do in the video too.  Just keep’n it fresh for your body .. exciting, trust me it will love the feeling and repay you in so many ways.I like having something that I can use for different heights.. like the tire or stair case.  Staggering your feet or hands on different levels is awesome, really tricks the muscles and makes you use that core just that much more.

So this video is just how on the days I don’t feel like going to the gym.. I just grab a few tools and just move around right in my yard or basement.  No timer usually.. and I just make it up as I go.  Push my self through holds, fast reps.. high junps, low squats.etc.   Check out the kind of things I do for some ideas and then go try it out too.  Set a timer if you want for 20 mins or 30 ..whatever and just keep a flow of full body moves, core training, stretches etc..  Have fun with it and you got to blair some music thats really gonna pump you up!!
